We first met Donna Maley at an open house for a property she was selling. Going into the apartment search process, I was dealing with a tight timeline, constrained budget, and relatively narrow criteria. Alex was extremely helpful and responsive, lining up a half day's worth of visits right after Memorial Day weekend. She was then able to line up another half day two days later, which is when I visited the apartment I quickly settled on. She responds to texts/emails almost instantly (and seemingly at all times of the day), knows what to look for or what to point our at each unique apartment, and has valuable market knowledge in many of Boston's great neighborhoods. In one case, she could tell that I was underwhelmed by an apartment, and after checking with me, making sure that we end the visit early to be efficient with the afternoon. Once I was ready to apply, she made sure that I moved quickly, negotiated intelligently, and stayed on top of other parties in the process to ensure my application would be accepted. I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy, rent or sell in the Boston market.

When you look for a real estate agent, you want someone that is confident, knowledgeable, cares about your best interest and is engrained in the market. Kevin Lewis not only checks all these boxes but knocks them out of the park. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process, and knowing what was the best option for me.
